My husband took me to Las Vegas for our Anniversary this year. We stayed at the Paris hotel and had dinner in the Eiffel Tower restaurant. Here we are waiting for the elevator.
Our table was in the window, directly across from the Bellagio Fountain which was really beautiful from that viewpoint. The chef sent us a dessert with chocolate message for our special day. We were impressed, even though the spelling was wrong, the thought was very nice. 
You can do this same technique at home. Fill a squeeze bottle (the type with a cone shaped tip) with chocolate. Use clear cellophane tape to make the tip as small as you want and write a special message for your loved one. (By wrapping the tape at an angle you'll follow the cone shape) Do me a favor though, check your spelling first!
