Oktoberfest is a festival of autumn days that is celebrated by Bavarians, Americans, Australians and Japanese. While its best-known draws are the beer-based celebrations, other cultural and entertainment attractions also fill the week. Many celebrations are medieval in dress and offer castles for display and children's activities. Our celebration combines the best of many cultures! A beer tasting, featuring a completely unique variety of beers, ales and lagers, unique serving pieces, medieval castle, fireworks display and a free-for-all with few scheduled events. Refreshments are abundant and readily available at all times; therefore we felt a buffet would be more appropriate.
